IM new and homeless lol

Hello everyone  I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My Name is Ron and I had RNY in 2004 and have lost about 350 lbs total. I just wanted to say hello and yea my profile says KY, I am hoping to make a moving down to Newberry SC with my lovely sexy GF. She had her surgery last year Lap Band and is doing well... I have been real active on the singles board in the last few years but well I am not single so I was wondering if you would let me  hang out here..I guess I am begging to find a home... and yall seem so active.... On the singles board I planned the last two big get togethers in Gatlinburg and to be honest we had a blast. I have made tons of friends but would love to meet more in your great state. Feel free to check out my profile I  know what this site has offered me through the years but I am looking for a board I can hang my hat and make friends. The friendship I have made here are amazing because we all relate to our struggle....I love to write poetry on weight loss and life so from to time I may post a poem or two. If the touch your heart feel free to use them..... It would make me smile..... The last week or so I have committed myself to diet and exersize so keep your fingers  crosssed.....Hope to talk soon........Ron 

it is ok to have a Ky lable look at me lol,I use to live in Sc & still have many freinds close to my heart there so I come on the board alot ,when the ppl come out you will be treated with lots of love & welcome with open arms ,best of luck with the move it is a wonderfull place to live the weather is the best to cold here lol but my  family are all here ,so welcome

Welcome to the SC Board    I've found so much support and made so many friends here.  I've done the same with diet and exercise this week.  Stress and carbs have been my enemies the past few weeks.     Anyway, welcome to SC.  Newberry is a good little town. Mary

LOL well always slip and call it Mayberry but I like the small  town.....I like Columbia we go down there alot. The gym has been good to me<, I cant wait till I weigh,,,,weird huh

Welcome to SC boards!  It's agreat place to meet people.  Newberry is a great small town.  I have only been there once..but very cute!  You'll love the weather.  Hopefully we can all meet one day.  Nice to meet you!  I enjoy reading about people further out...(I am still a newbie-Only 4 months out)

I love the weather. I own a convertable so I cant wait to bring it down. My arthritus hurts in the cold so when I come down in the winter it is nice to have no pain. Hang on it will be the ride of your life.thanks ...ron

Welcome, Ron! I love Newberry.  We like to go to performances at the Newberry Opera House.  They put on some great productions.  Make sure you check them out.  What will you be doing in Newberry?  I know you will love it.  Kentucky is a great place as well.   My husband and I love to travel and love going to new places.   Congratulations on your weight loss!  That is quite a number!
