Hi everyone
Hi guys,
I had to stay 2 days, but I am doing well. My doctor usually does not do 4 procedures a t once. My folks said he looked exhausted when he came out of the or. I was there from 7:30 and as Mary said went to recovery @ 3:30.
My breasts are really not bothering me pain wise . I am pretty ok while laying down, just getting up and down is tough. The 2 drains are kinda weird as then have balls at the end and have to be drained every 4 hours. I also have a pain pump.
I go see him on Thursday, and hopefully he will take out 1 of the drains. I feel like a mummy
I am wrapped everywhere except my arms and head.
I thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I know each day will be a little better then the last.
Sleeping on my back in a semi-seated position is not how I ususall y how I sleep so that has thrown me off a bit.
I will get back to you all soon!

Welcome home sweetie. I'm glad your doing good. Yes it gets better and better, just give it time. Getting those drains out helps alot, they were the worst part of my entire recovery , mainly because of where they were located in my pubic area and they pulled really bad when I moved. I had 4 jp drains, and the last one didn't come out till almost 4 weeks later. I slept with a wedge under my back, along with lots of pillows around me and under my knees. All in all it still wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I'm glad you got the pain pump, it really helps out. Just take it easy and don't do too much, let everything heal up. I still can't believe how good you looked in recovery. Girl, you don't need to wear makeup at all. If I looked like you I sure wouldn't put any on, you just have a natural beauty and your skin is awsome. OK, enough rambling, just take care of yourself and hopefully you will be well enough to go out and celebrate your new body in a few weeks. I will talk to you soon.
Love Ya!
Mary

Congrats on finally getting your surgury. I hope you are feeling great again real soon. This is the first time I've had a chance to check the boards in months. I'm working 12-14 hrs a day. Its great to see a familiar face when I look in. But from what I can see all of you girls a changing so fast I might not recognize you if I saw you out and about. Anyway I'm sure you look great because you were beautiful before. Wishing you a quick recovery and all the best.

I'm not sure you recognized me as you left the doctor's office on Thursday. I've gotten used to that. I had a 25 lb pannus removed and it has left me with a large open wound. It's healing slowly from the inside out. The only advice I can give (and it's been hard for me, but) is to be patient. All the best for continued improvement.
