good morning everyone hope everyone had a great Easter. II had pureed turkey and and sweet potatos (jar of baby food) LOL yum yum   I will be going to the nut  tomorrow to start my first phase of solids  do you remember what some of the foods are ? I need to go to the store and I want to add those things to my grocery list. I have been lucky so far  nothing has bothered me and I cant wait to chew on something for a change. any idea ?

Take it very, very slowly - try soft solids.  Like cottage cheese, soft cheeses, anything that sounds good to you & has protein in it.  The best advice I was given was don't eat ANYTHING that doesn't have protein in it. Congratulations & like Jen said - WELCOME TO THE LOSERS BENCH!
