Wowza!

yes.. im on crack and posting the same day as my tt and all lol.. i went back about 12:30ish.. without anything to calm me down because the anesthesiologist "forgot" it back in the OR.. thanks! lol.. but it wasnt bad.. i talked about my girls and all. i prefer no crazy meds i think. i was waking up in recover at 4:30.. so it didnt take very long. i came out without the bra i went back with for them to put on me, evidently they "lost" it in the mix of going to the OR bed from mine.. ugh. i came out without the binder on also.. but now i have one since my guts feel like they could pop out . Dr bishop couldnt find the hernia.. so he called in dr carbonell.. who couldnt find it either! .. (it pops out and back in) so i am praying that they sewed up where they think it might of been bc i KNOW i had one. you dont get a baseball sticking out of your stomach with excruciating pain from nothing.. My boobs dont really hurt much.. but they are big looking.. wrapped up in ace bandages.. one of the painful areas is my back where they cut out the bra fat.. he cut me almost to my spine on either side and there are staples there. only thing that hurts is that and my center stomach where the 6 pack is at. (which i dont have but lol) i dont have a pain pump, they come every hour with morphine when i ask for it.. its about that time again.. i have two drains down low.. the incision goes around my back a few inches but doesnt go to meet.. my butt looks better and im hoping my thighs do to.. the pictures mom took of me standing up after didnt show all the way down my thighs and lord knows i cant see past my boobs to look! lmao.. i have my period of all days, so imagine me trying to change a tampon with a catheder in! i have had 2 MALE NURSES for my aftercare.. the first was gay, this one is not.. and he is cute!!! imagine my embarrassment asking him to hand me a tampon! lmaooo.. but oh well! he is a GREAT nurse. he has a ring so i take it he is married.. i will see dr. bishop in the am so maybe we will see some of his handiwork then! im hoping! i wanna see what everything looks lke naked. you can tell a big difference already through the dressings.. well im getting sleepy i think im gonna get off of here and rest! love yall and thanks for the prayers/well wishes! they worked!!!  jen

ok I know what you mean I had no pain pump for my TT ,so keep asking for meds before the others wear off ,you will look amazing when everything starts going down ,but you will swell & I mean they dnt call it swell Hell for nothing I swelled for months after & I am 7 months out from my TT & some times I still swell if I over work out ,but not as bad now ,I use to look like I swallowed a mellon at times just wear the binder for  sure ,rest & take it easy the part that hurt me the most was my six pack it hurt for a while & I still can not lay flat out it still feels funny ,take care Becky

I am very impressed Jen.  After my surgery I was so out of it for 3 days I barely remember anything...lol.  Rest and take care of yourself....and Conrats, I am so glad you are doin so well.    Keep us posted on your progress....

Wow Jen I am so glad you are alright in spite of the bumps with forgetfulness of the staff for some things.  Just keep on top of them like I know you can and will do. Praying for an amazing healing process.

Hey Jen I can hardly believe you feel up to writing a post. That's really good!  I am sure you look great! Take care of yourself- Take it easy and keep us all posted! Angela
