Hi Val, welcome to the site. Not sure where Aiken is (I'm not a SC girl), but I can tell you most of us Charleston girls love Dr. Byrne an his staff at MUSC.  They are a "center of excellence" in the bariatric surgery assn. (not sure if that is the exact title of the assn., but probably close).  Anyway, good luck with your upcoming journey......it is worth it!

Aiken is near Augusta, GA.  About three hours northwest of Charleston.What kind of surgery did you have and how has it worked for you? Val
