Been grounded by the doc for a little while

Well, just when I thought I was on the down side of healing, I went to see the PS yesterday and he drained off an unbelievable amount of fluid which he said was very infected.  He put a stint in to help it drain a little better and I go back to see him today.  If he can't get it to drain he said he will have to put a new drain in - YUK!  I actually made it back to work for 1/2 day and now the doc says I need to stay home and rest until he sees it healing.  I am so ready to be over this!  Good part is I had gained 3 lbs. over the weekend and they were gone this morning....I guess there is a silver lining in every cloud.....  Sorry to wine guys, I just thought I was on the upside of all of  this...as they say, this too shall pass!
