Why I'm in pain
Well I went to see Dr Morgan today and she thinks I could possibly have a hernia. Tomorrow I go in for another ultra sound of my gall bladder and to take her the CD of my CT scan from Summerville Medical Center. She will look at the results and call me tomorrow sometime to let me know if I will be having surgery on Thursday. If it is my gall bladder she said I could hold off on surgery til my husband comes home but would continue to be in pain, but if it's a hernia I will have to go under the knife on Thursday and NO later. I'm really scared and nervous because my husband isn't here to stay with me nor help me out with the kids. However I have a friend who said she would keep the kids and I will just make my mom spend the night with me at the hospital.
So I guess depending on what my results are from all this depends on whether or not I'll be going out on friday night.
Hopefully it's just something I ate that didn't agree with me and I won't have anything wrong after all. Positive thinking here.
Anyways just thought I would update.
Thoughts and prayers would be appreciated.
Hey girl, all thoughts and prayers are with you for sure. Nobody likes to be in pain, and to not know what is causing it just makes things worse. It was nice to finally meet you and Tiffany. You guys have given me a lot of help and support. I just wished it could have been under different cir****tances for you. Take care of yourself, and let us know if there is anything we can do.

Thanks Julie. Found out today it's my gall bladder. Dr Morgan called today at 2:15 and said I would be either having surgery tomorrow or Friday. I'm assuming it's Friday since she never called to let me know what time to be there. She said I could go home afterwards as long as I could hold down fluids a few hours after surgery.
So that means I won't be able to go out on Friday. But it's ok because I wouldn't be much fun anyways with all the pain I'm in from this.
Sorry you can not make it but your health comes first! I am glad it is just the gallbladder. Had mine out in 1995. Took about 45 minutes and then no more pain.
I hope everything goes well, I will be thinking about you. Make sure you let one of us know how it went so someone can post it.

I can go the distance... I do not care how far... I know every mile will be worth my while.
My goal in life is to be as good of a person as my DOGS already think I am!
