Hey Y'all!!
I think I'm in heaven...that is where all the angels go right? I mean after no Chris, stephanie, Jen or Kathy, I thought yall all took the fast train at the same time to heaven.
I'm glad you're feeling better and the 105 pounds down is great.
Chris, are you going to do the Cooper River Bridge Run with us?
Please Please Please
Deb
I have been in the dead zone huh.....
But-you gotta love it, 1/2 marathon on Saturday (and you get a Minnie Mouse medal), full marathon on Sunday (and you get a Mickey Mouse medal) and because you do both---you get the SPECIAL Goofy medal!!!! NOW-thats heaven
I don't think I can do the Cooper River Bridge Run-conflicts with the Lander U. Schedule. I'm sorry-I would love to run the bridge. There is a 10K here in Greenville about the same time--the Reedy River Run which I will probably do
Just an update; I'm down 142lbs-had my surgiversary 12/20, met with Dr Bour and he said I'm at goal (I'm at 208-goal is 200 but he said I'm good now), my cholestrol dropped to 124, my triglyceride level is 21, all labs great. Still running, started biking, just trying to stay ahead of the lbs....
BUT STEPHANIE-----SO glad you are OK and well and happy and as spirited as ever
The miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start.....John Bingham aka The Penguin
Stephanie!!! great to see you back on the board. I've been checking in to see if anything going on, but it has been dead lately. Contrats on the loss. I'm down 92 pounds, about 15 more to go, but i've been stuck for a couple of months. I'm in a 12 also, but should have been in an 8 by now. I've got to kick myself in the rear and get started loosing again. Glad you're feeling better after surgery. Got mine pulled out about 20 years ago, it is amazing when you realize you're not supposed to hurt all the time!
