Called my little bro this morning- he is 41 today- we both will be the same age for 18 days till mine in Jan 9th.

I started cleaning out my stuff in the kitchen 'cause Santa's little elf gave me some cool glasses.

Gonna make a stop to Goodwill later on the way to nanna's house for some fried turkey...............

We just went for the Festival of Lights however we do have a group that usually meets once a week. Due to all the activities going on duriing the holidays- we are taking a rest and meeting back up in Jan '08.

So how are u doing?
Are u resting and feeling well?
Are u getting in your liquids & protein?
Any change to u're meds?

RNY is such life changing and soooooooooooo worth it.
