Riverside surgical patients

Is there anyone out there who had their lap band surgery at Riverside Surgical in West Cola, SC having difficutly talking to anyone in that office. I am just about fed up with them. I've been on the phone since last week telling them that my insurance would pay for my band adjustment, even talked with the office manager and gave her numbers to call to confirm that I have coverage, and she said she would call and have someone to call and give me an appt, but I keep calling and leaving messages and not one response have I received since then. Am I in this alone or are others having the same problem
