Weight loss/gain over the holiday LOL!

Ok guys, lets hear it. Did you lose or gain over the holiday? I lost 1.8 pounds - not the 2.5 I was hoping for but at least it was a loss!

Hi Karen.. we were talking about this today this is the first year that I didn't gain ( YIPPEE ) only lost 1 pound but I'll take it!!
