Thursday RANT TIME!!!

Ok, today, I don't have much of a rant.  Things are pretty good today. But I'll give what I can. 1.  I hate that I am not allowed to personally kick the a$$es of those teenagers that insist on scaring the little kids for Halloween.  I mean Teagan was to the point of tears and this stupid little punk would NOT stop!  But nooooo, I put him in a headlock and slap the crap out of him, and I go to jail.   Where is the justice in that? I think thats all I have today.  I might think of some more stuff later, but I'm very busy at work and only working half a day! Go ahead, LET IT ALL OUT!!!

I got nothin...   It's been a great week so far...

Arrrghhhh! I ranted a bit about a punk-ass neighborhood trick-or-treater on my blog this morning.    Thankfully I didn't run into any trick-or-treating teenagers last night.  Ever since the Halloween a few years ago, when I was home alone and opened my door to two 17-year-olds in trench coats ... and nothing else ... teenagers saying, "Trick or treat" make me nervous.  I guess I'm really having a great week overall ... I can't think of much to rant about!  Other than the fact that now that Halloween is over, it's CHRISTMAS.  That thought stresses me a bit! Half day at work ... wooot!

I cant complain either Beautiful day.....almost Friday....enjoy your day everyone~  ~Melissa

The only complaints I have today is............. These damn drains are driving me nuts, the sutures are itching and pulling and I can't scratch them. The doc says they have to be draining less than 30 cc in 24 hours before he will take them out, so far all of them are putting off twice that amount, ugh! So it looks like it will be next week before they come out. Then the next thing is............. I NEED A GOOD HOT SHOWER!. Bird baths suck. And......... it's hard to wipe your butt when your locked up tight in a compression garment and your sore from head to toe, anyone want to help me out with the last complaint? Hang in there Mary, those drains will be out before you know it.  At least you did not have to be turned into a pin cushion.  My drain got a clog in it and I collected so much fluid from my TT that I had to go back to the Dr every 2 to 3 days to have it drained off with a big ole needle and 60 mL syringe to the amount of over 2 liters.  Dr. H kept threating me another drain and even putting me back in the hospital to open me back up and see where I was leaking from I looked about 6 mths pregnant! You will get use to the garment.  I have been wearing mine now for over 2 mths.  I am going to feel naked without it.

Cant help with the last one.  I was able to get in and out of mine easily.

My rant this week............ MY HUSBAND....that is all I'm going to say!

I'm glad we live kind of out of the way, not many neighbors, no children. So no dreaded Trick or Treaters.  I do have one rant. Maybe I shouldn't say this but I am. I am verry ill about a certain person getting to have their wls Mon. And the thing of it is She came to the same seminar that I did. Early in Sept. There are people that have been waiting 2 yrs. and she goes before them. She happens to be in the medical profession. So she should be in line like the rest of us. I've paid all of my money and have in good insurance( pays 90%) Well, I feel better. Kind of. Teresa M.
