Friday Morning RANT-beat ya Kathy

OK-time for my Friday morning rant...... ................................................ ............................................... .............................................. yeah-I got nothing. Life is good. I do hope your eyes are feeling better Kathy. And when that happened to my daughter with the groping, I approached the parent of the child and found out that the parent of the child was not even told what happened. OH-the crap hit the fan then....

Well, the teacher talked to the little boy and told the little boys mother.  She also moved Teagan so she wouldn't have to sit next to him anymore.  Teagan also told me that this little boy always tries to kiss her too.  So there is some sort of crushing  going on here.  He just doesn't express it appropriately. I told her she had every right to defend herself and to punch him in the face, but she is afraid of him.  This child has some behavioral problems and has been known to throw chairs and stuff like that.  Oy!  I think I might have to hire her a body guard. Are you carb loading?  I'm jealous...

Do I need to send Willow to school with Teagan you know Willow will wack the Hell out of the little boy lol.

Yes--carbs carbs carbs, its kinda nic. The hard part will be when I slim down the distance I am jogging during the winter, I hope I can adjust to the smaller quantitys of food. THAT could be bad if I don't

 

Good luck with the boy in Teagans class. I would have no problem telling my kid to fight back like you did-hopefully it never comes to that but good for you!!

Chris, When are you going to update your ticker? And where did it go? I love watching everyone's progress!

My youngest daughter (when she was in 6th grade I believe) was being harrassed (being bullied) over and over by this boy so one day she had had enough and kicked him square in the nuts (sorry Chris). I found out about it when I was called to the assistant Principals office to discuss the situation. Apparantly the boy had soiled his pants when she kicked him. I laughed when he told me about it and he was HORRIFIED! I told him that the boy had been harrassing my daughter for weeks and she was defending herself. He was wanting to discipline her for her actions and I told him he was NOT to do it unless he also punished the boy involved. Of course it never happened because I told him I would discuss the whole incident with the Principal if he tried to do it. I also told him that he was taking it personally because he was a male and that he wasn't even taking into consideration what the boy was doing to my daughter. . She never had any more problems with the boy! I told my daughter I was proud of her for defending herself and that she had done nothing wrong by doing so.
