And I lost 4.3 pounds!!! I was really happy about it since I didnt do all that well on Sunday, but I should have known to have faith.... One week at a time... Im really excited! I thought WW would be hard for me, but its not... I feel good about the program...

Hellen!!! where have you been you skinny lady?!?!?! Im proud of me too... Im a grazer so its hard for me to watch what I eat cause I eat small amounts... I just eat ALL THE TIME!!! LOL so... me and my sister are doing this together and im stoked! I thought I would fail... cause Im a dork... so it was a pleasant surprise! Thanks for all the support my WLS buddies. I know I cant loose as fast as you guys... but at least I get to sit on the bench now....

YaY Crystal I'm so proud of you. 4 lbs may not seem like a lot at first but all those lbs add up. What a great start your off to. So when can we plan on seeing you at a Thursday meeting?
