My update

Hey guys, I talked to Katie at Dr. B's today and she said the ultrasound I had last Friday showed I have gallstones. Oh Great! I have surgery scheduled for Nov 19th unless it gets worse before then. I told my husband today I hope he never want's me to wear a bikini because after this surgery (and the GB) my tummy will look like I have been in a catfight with all the little scars! >^..^< At least they finally called in something for pain!

At least they do the lap kind now. I had the old kind with the giant scar. Good Luck with the surgery. You will feel 100% better after you heal from the gallbladder surgery. Believe me. I had mine when my son was 8 months old. He's 20. It's been a long time. But I can still remember that old sick feeling and the pain. Hope you get feeling better soon. Teresa M.

Good grief Karen! I must tell you though life without a gallbladder is just fine!!!! I hope you don't have any problems until your surgery. Be careful with what you eat!!!!

Ugh Karen... I feel your pain chica... I had to have my gallbladder removed WHILE I WAS PREGNANT with my son Nathan... I had gall stones that bad.. and I couldn't take ANYTHING for pain.. I hope all goes smoothly for you...
