Marathon Week is Here
Thanks for the offer Chris. Here is the link. I am working with her to develop iWalk for those who are really new to walking (like bariatric or other surgical patients). I am hoping to be doing some running by next summer! Woo Hoo!

Thank you Ms Susan
I appreciate it. I'll be sure to post on Monday -if I can still move--how I did. Someone told me about mile 24 you have to fight the urge to throw yourself in traffic-that it might be easier to get hit by a car than finish the last 2 miles....but I think with my crew with me, I'll be OK
Chris
You go boy!!!
I ran the other day too...well, they said supper was ready and I didn't want to get left out.
No really, I am not a good runner. I ran off and on for the Susan K Breast Cancer run/walk this past Sat and I could feel the pressure in my back. I decided to walk most of it, but as soon as I got in the truch I had to take a Loritab.
I wanna be just like you.
Good luck and have fun.
Deb

Chris,
I am so happy for you and proud of you. Three years ago would you have ever believed that you would be running a marathon?!?!?! Though I had a great idea, I think your shirt needs to say
"I'm the Cute Stud Muffin Representing the SCOH Girls!!!" Seriously, I am so happy for you. This is absolutely amazing
Mary
Well you can check my run out at

JOKING Mary--don't want you to get in trouble..thank you for the well-wishes and kind words. A year ago I would never have thought I'd be running even a 5K!! much less a marathon
