Thanks! Good luch with your PS too! When is it and who are you using? I was kind of hoping that my next surgery was going to be PS! I am hoping this will go away (yeah right!)

 

 

My PS is next Thrusday the 25th and I am using Dr. Lovett at Upstate Plastic Surgery. I didn't get any positive feedback  from any of the doctors or nurses at the hospital,on Dr. Suber, who is the one that Dr. Bour reccomends. Plus, I couldn't find anything saying he is board certified. I will not use anyone that isn't board certified or didn't get any yes votes from people who have to work with him in the OR. But that's just me and I have talked to some people who think he is the greatest because he is so nice and so funny, as a few have put it, but I don't base my choice on nice or funny I base it on qualifications and the fact I have seen some of Dr. Lovetts post-op patients and some of Dr. Subers and I went with who I thought was the best for me and had the best results on the ones I saw. I will keep you posted on how it goes and hopefully will get some post-op pics lol. Mary

Yeah Karen!!  You look amazing!! Congrats!!  Hopefully I'll get there within the next month or 2 I'm at 80lbs lost right now.  When is your 6 month follow up?

Congrats Karen!!!  You look SO pretty in your new picture! And listen, after we talked on the phone last night, I feel like an idiot!  My husband remembers you very well ... he said he even went over and helped a little bit when you moved out of your house all those years ago.  I don't know why my memories of those years are so fuzzy ... well, yes I do.  I was drinking a lot back then, and so depressed I couldn't see straight.  NOT my best years or proudest moments. I think what jogs my memory most is your voice!  It takes me right back to those "band parent" days.  I can't believe I've been talking to you now for months and never made the connection.  DUR. How's the pain in your belly today? Did you get in to see Dr. Bour?
