Mary, I lost 4 pounds that week and then another 3 this past week. I think the 2nd job and the walking that goes with that is what has helped, because really I have not lost 3-4 pounds in a week in many many months! Patti Thank you, Patti

 WOO HOO!!!!!  Doing the Happy Dance-- That is great.  I go for my 6 month check up tomorrow with Dr, B. and I have no idea what his goal for me is either.  How much does he expect you to lose by the 6 month?
