protein shakes

Hello all you beautiful SC ladies.  I'm one month preop and will start my preop diet tomorrow.  Do you all have any ideas about what I'm in for?  I purchased the ISOpure dutch choc, and another type in case that one  that is kind of tropical fruit, I got two types in case one tasted gross, but as yet  I have not tried either of them.  Do you all have any ideas for me?  How did you all do on the pre op diet?

i couldnt stand ANY fruity protein drink.. they all taste HORRIBLE to me.. ONLY one i can drink is Pure Protein Banana Creme' shake, it has 35 gms of protein and tastes like a banana shake! I love them.. without them id be done for! lol good luck!

where did you find those, I purchased my stuff from the Vitamine Shoppe in Columbia, not sure I would have been able to find anything around Flo town, (Florence)

Hope they work well for you! like 24 bucks for pack of 12..

I tried the Cookies and Creme last weekend at the Vitamin Shoppe here in Charleston and I liked it. I was suprised. Remember everyone is different and what you like before surgery can always change after surgery.
