Snickers are EVIL

Ok....I'm a dumb a$$!!!!  I was thinking....hummmm....it has been one year since surgery....let me reward myself....so just like before surgery...I rewarded myself with food!!!     Well, I went to the vending machine and chose a SNICKERS bar!!!  WTF!!!    This is the first candy bar that I have had in over a year.  The closest thing I have had is a protien bar.  Well, I got really sick feeling.  I hope I learn from this and don't continue down this "PATH OF DISTRUCTION!"  It wasn't even that good....It was way too sweet.  I canceled my dinner date with my friend tonight because I don't need mexican and drinks tonight after eating a snickers.  It's protien, protien, protien for me tonight.  No wonder I haven't lost anything in like 3 months!!! I'm so pissed at myself...just wanted to share!!

Hey Rachel... I am hearing you loud and clear. OMG! I have been eating smarties... I can eat sweet things to a certain extent and it not bother me. I thought this surgery was going to cure my sugar cravings for life....NOT!!!! Congrats on your one year anniversary... I can't believe it has been a year. Man time shoots by!!!  You look beautiful. I was lurking on the profiles and someone had a before pic of you or either it was right after you had surgery and could not believe it was you. You are looking soooooo good!!! Love ya girl, Pam

its for sure that they didnt operate on our brains.. because im still a fatty at heart !!!!! I MISS MY FOOD.. I WANT TO EAT JUNK ALL DAY!!!! its awful. LOL but i gotta laugh at myself or id die trying. so its a continuous struggle to stay away from the junk. and when i do eat it try to be in moderation.. which is hard now that i can eat almost "normal" again. which is awful too .. we will get through this! ***I just got a text saying "Wanna do lunch today"? I think you probably sent it earlier or yesterday.. since i just got 2 messages from last night from my cousin also. mY PHONE SUCKS I hate it. I never get my texts at all or on time.. SOOO wanna try for lunch tomorrow? LOL Call me girl! we still gotta talk!  we always miss each other!**
