Thanks Mary. My daughter just said "Mom you've lost a lot of weight". I only have 13 lbs left to go for my personal goal. Hopefully I'll meet that within a month. I go for my 6 month Tuesday we'll see what Dr Morgan has to say.

good luck & when you are alot father out you can have a double cheeseburger from Mcdonlds I eat them lol but I take the bread off ,about the ticker just copy the pic it will work ,do not copy the url only the pic & paste it .
