New to this board, any lap band's

Hi - I am new to this board but have been reading and posting in the lap band section. Anyone here with lap bands and if so, go to any of the support groups with Dr. Paluzzi/Dr. Hughes office? Just curious. I am almost three weeks out and am new at this. Thanks

Hi Michele, My name is Gail from Charleston and I had my lapband surgery on 9/5 - this Wednesday will be 4 weeks WOOHOO! I am doing fine, made a few mistakes but this board is wonderful for information. If you don't know, just post and you will find the answer. I have lost about 12 pounds since the operation and I feel fine. In fact, I am getting ready to go swimming down at the pool. I probably don't have any more answers for you than you probably already know for yourself, but post any ??? and maybe I have read about it or my Nutritionist has already advised me on it.
