Interesting Night

Ok..so when the scales stop moving and even creep up a little, there aren't so many WOW moments. But this one is worth mentioning, especially when the self-esteem can drop a little....

I went to the gym last night (never made it during the day)...saw my trainer and set up my sessions for next week (YAY me!!). Then I went to Walmart at Dorman Center, since I was close. I was still in gym clothes (spandex pants, sports top), but just went in to pick up a few things. I walked past this GOOD looking guy, who smiled and winked at me. And I was thinking, wow, that has NEVER happened to me...kind of a little pick me up!! Then I went on about my business and he had walked around the store looking for me because he wanted to stop and tell me how BEAUTIFUL I was (he went on and on about my eyes and my hair...as I was turning red!!). He said he had NEVER done anything like that, but he knew he would be mad at himself if he didn't talk to me. But too bad he wasn't from around here...he was driving from Ohio to Savannah (where he is moving to). We talked for a few minutes, and he invited me to dinner, but I had other plans (plus, I wanted to be a little cautious). But I did give him my email address....ya never know what life has in store......

You're funny!! While there are moments that it's good to be single....there are a lot of lonely times. And I do know that I don't want to spend the rest of my life alone, so I still gotta keep my eyes opened!!

trust me, this has NEVER happened to me before!! Of course, I'll probably never hear back from him, but I'll live off of this high for a few weeks!!

What!  I see how it is.  We've been telling you for over a year now how BEAUTIFUL you are, and it takes some sexy, goodlookin'  stranger from Ohio to make your ears hear it?  LOL If that's what it takes, I'm THRILLED it happened! It's true though ... "50" looks incredible on you!
