TGIF

Hey,    What's everyone up to this weekend.  Ours is low key.  I want to clean house, get my yard ready for the winter, and play with my kids.  My older is gone from tonight until tomorrow afternoon so its like a small vacation having just one around.     I also want to plan a "date night" with DH, then remind him of my trip to Greenville Saturday.     I know you guys have more excitement going on than me, entertain me please Mary

I'm taking the boys to the Fort Dorchester High School football game tonight. My 10yo will be playing in his own football game tomorrow morning. I'll be watching the USC vs LSU game with Lesley on Saturday afternoon. Church Sunday morning, NFL the rest of the day. I'm cooking a pot of chili for the Game****s game on Saturday. I'm roasting a Leg of Lamb for Sunday dinner. Side dishes will be a game time decision. I should have enough leftovers to last the rest of the week. Eddie

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Going over to a friends tonight for a get together then tomorrow we have a birthday party. Then hopefully on Sunday it will be nice because we are having pictures done at the beach. First time in years that I'm actually excited about being in pictures. LOL

Pictures will be so cool.  Please bring them to an LCBB when I'll be there.  That's another thing I'm scared of, I've always hidden from the camera Mary

I think I might go down to my mom's tonight.  Then, I'm taking my mother in law  to get a pedicure tomorrow.  It would have been her 47th wedding anniversary but my Father in law passed away in January.  She was really down and since her children don't give a rip about her (including my husband...well....at least not like he should....in my opinion) I thought I would take her out for a pedicure.  She is sooooo excited.  She has never had one done.  It will be like country come to town.  She will be so funny.  Then, I should get back to my mom's to watch the game...however, I might head back up to Spartanburg to watch it with DH.  I'm not sure though because we are playing LSU and are bound to get beat like a drum.  He isn't pleasant to be around when USC loses.    However, I might can get enough beer and ativan in him to make him down right pleasant.  LOL    I hope and pray that we go to church on Sunday...we haven't been in forever and we used to never miss a Sunday (before all the drama) .  That's about it for me.  I'm gonna post something I learned about myself yesterday in therapy that I think some of you ladies might can relate to but I have to get motivated.  I found out that I am in a codependent relationship.  That's no surprise but it sucks when I look at how much work we have ahead of us...particularly me.  Oh well, what else do I have to do.... Rachel,    I call myself the queen of codependency.  Not with my husband anymore, took a while to get over that but with others in friendships.  Its takes work, but you can beat it.  Lots of good books out there. Mary

Don't have much planned for this weekend either. I'll probably meet Patti and a friend or two from work for a little bit at chief's tonight.  Then I'll go home and watch a stupid funny movie with Dave and Teagan.  And RELAX. Tomorrow we have family fun day at work, Dave has been working alot and wants some time to himself, so I will probably take Teagan and let Dave do what he wants then.   Then on Sunday,the usual.  Sleeping in, coffee and grocery shopping.  (sounds GLORIOUS just thinking about it...except for the grocery shopping part.) I've been sick and haven't worked out since Monday, so I might try to get some running and gym time squeezed in there too. Can't wait to see you next weekend. Kathy
