Does anyone know what SC Medicaid requires to approve RNY?

Not sure of the specific req. but I have Medicare and Medicaid and was approved with out problems!

it requires six weeks supervised weight loss by a doctor and who must go to a center of excellence for the surgery. Once you find one you attend their seminar they will tell you about the supervised weight loss and paperwork you need. There is a center of excellence in spartanburg, 2 in columbia one in conway and I think that is all of them right now.
