LCBB Meeting Tonight

OK LCBBers, the majority has spoken and it looks like we are going to the MUSC meeting tonight.  I think it will be a good one and beneficial to all.  It is a cooking class, hope our chef is like Chef Matt from the up state   If I remember right the meeting starts at 6pm and runs about a hour.  You will need to bring parking money, park in G lot or the garage across from the Hospital.  The meeting is in the Institute of Pyschiatry on the 4th floor.  IF I AM WRONG, please correct me!  I remember they use to have signs pointing the way. I am glad to see so many of us will be there.  It will be good to see everyone.  Also, Mary had mentioned meeting at the Starbucks by the Outlet mall after, so let her know if you are up for that after the MUSC meeting.  I cant because I have one last visit to a diabetic cat that needs a shot by 830p so as soon as I got there I would have to turn around and come back downtown. It was great seeing everyone tonight. Julie your stomach looks SOOO good. Dr H is definitely the Dr I'll be going to when it's time for my TT. Deb, Ana, Sharon, Jennifer and Jennifer you all look great!! Sorry we didn't get more time to "chat" but the meeting was interesting and the salad was good just needed more dressing minus the herbs. LOL Hope to see everyone again next week.

It was great to see you too... It has been too long and you looked wonderful!  That is the way the MUSC support group is, information, information, and information, not much talking to people and not talking and getting to know people.  That is why I stopped going and mainly go to the LCBB meetings.  Not that I am knocking the MUSC support group, it does have great information especially when you are just out of surgery, but I like just sitting around and talking, like what we do at Pizza Inn.  But that open forum group next month may be a little bit more what people are looking for.  Any way off my soap box.. It was good to see everuone last night. Tanya, you look great!!!!  Heck, everyone looked great.  I know I have told you this before Anna, but I just love your hair cut. Doesn't my surgery buddy Jennifer look great?!! The cooking class was...me kickin the dirt...ok.  I like it much better when we can all get around and talk about where we have been and where we are going on this journey.  It is nice to have your questions answered by your peers that have been there, and to be able to help someone else on their way too. Hope to see yall again soon.
