I know we all suffer (or have suffered) with low self-esteem. I was just sitting here, eating my Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal and was surfing around and came across these articles that I would like to pass on. I hope this helps you out. "Beauty is not based on how attractive we are to everybody else, but how attractive we are to ourselves, for one cannot think other people think they are full of beauty unless they know they are beautiful too.."

Thanks so much.  I needed these, LOL.  I have noticed that over the years when I lose weight and people start telling me how good I am doing that I start eating again.  My DH thinks I am crazy but that is what happens.  I am down about 90 lbs now and everyone is telling how good I look and that I am doing good.  Then when I come home, I eat junk that I know I am not suppose to eat.  It is so great to have people that understands.
