Who is interested in a before/after party?

I was thinking about us all planning a get-together for a Saturday party...and then I started thinking of a theme...what about a before/after party?  Do you still have any clothes that you wore before surgery?  Do you have a special outfit or size that you would like to get into (clearing throat...wedding dress).  We could use that as a theme and an excuse to have a party.  How about it? I will be happy to plan it, just please give me some feedback on if you would like for it to be in the day, evening, on a Saturday? We can help those that are just starting the journey, and we can be helped by those that are more advanced in their weight loss.  It would be a good day for a clothes swap and for any protein suppliments, vitamin's  and bars that you don't like, bring them for others to try. That sounds like a good idea. Hey what happened with you having a Sat. get together this weekend? I havent heard anything more on it.

Jen, I didn't get much feedback on it, so I just didn't think anyone wanted to do it.  We will go ahead and plan a Saturday get-together and make it the themed one.  It's good to hear from ya.

Hey girlfriend. I have been sooooo busy.  I am so bad for not taking the time to call more.  I just got my computer out of the shop this afternoon.  I had to take in in for it's yearly check-up and cleaning.  I just 5 minutes ago got everything set up and working.  Here it is after 12 midnight and I am working on the computer.  I know, strange huh?  I will go thrift shopping, but I am a fast shopper.  I don't like to spend alot of time going through every single thing.  I probably miss alot of good deals because of that. We will wait until you get here to have the party, how about that... See ya soon girlie.

That sounds like fun. I'm definitely interested just let me know where and when and what I need to bring and I will be there. I have some protein drinks too I didn't like that anyone is free to have or try. If you like it it's yours! I don't have many clothes left because my mom insisted that I give them to her since she's losing weight as well. But I'm slowing moving out of these 12's that I'd love to pass on in the next few weeks. Can't wait to see everyone and meet some of the newbies.

Good, it will be so much fun.  Hold onto those 12's, I will be needing them soon.  I could use some 14's too if you have any. I will get some more input on the Sat party and let everyone know.

Deb,    That would be so fun, I would love to come, and finally get to put a face to everyone.  I live in Beaufort, but my husband just accepted a new job in Summervile, so we will be moving, and I know nothing about the area.  I am so lucky though, out of the whole world, I met my angel, Jill from Boston, and out of all the coinsidences that could happen, she is moving to Summerville also!!!! She is so sweet, and has been  a lifesaver to me.  I was also going to ask, if we could have the party after she arrives here, she will be here in a couple of weeks!  I will bring anything you need me to, just let me know, I am looking forward to this, THANK YOU DEB, for such a good idea, and sharing it with us. E.    you are so sweet.......   I won't be living in Summerville..... but according EVERYONE.... I speak to all places only take 15 minutes to get to... lol...from wherever you are!!      I will be living in  N.Charleston for a brief time and then who knows where?   I could end up in another country for all I know these days..... lol. Less than 2 weeks till i leave MA, but then off to VA (where it is a bit wild and there is a chance I might not end up leaving there in once piece anyway...... lol) J.
