Wondering...bad choice
Ok, so I'm running late, out of protien bars and shakes, and HAD to stop by ingles to get something for breakfast. I decided to get a bran muffin with no sugar on the top. I know it probably had a ton of calories but I thought it would be better for me than the others. Any ideas?????

Lunchable - don't eat the crackers...or all of the crackers. Just the meat and cheese.
Drinkable Light and Fit yogurt
Most grocery stores sell single protien bars. Usually around the "organic" dry foods.
I've even seen Slim fast hi protien or Carb options shakes at the gas station next to where I work.
Of course, they sell pizza too (guess which one I go for...)
I like to eat low fat cheese when I am in a rush....I get the LF mozzeralla sticks or anything that is 2%. I also like the weigh control oatmeal. It has 7 grams of protein and you just mix it with water and microwave. Those are easy to keep at work. I usually have a shake first thing in the morning and then later havea protein bar. Not much variety there!
