Hey Karen, thanks for the pictures you sent me of Trent and me. I do have a picture of us with Jeremy in Atlanta.   He is so nice and gave us alot of good information.  (He forgot to give me his room key though) And yes ladies...to all of your questions you are thinking...YES!!!!!! I'll get some pictures posted.

I'm here, I'm alive, with school opening its been CRAZY!! But-we are starting to settle down. I've missed all the harrassmen.....I mean I've missed conversing with y'all.  I don't think I've been to a group meeting in over more than a month. I have been jogging religiously-and am really enjoying it. I jog at ICAR if anyone is interested in going-a very easy course. I am on track to run my 5K in Sept and Half-Marathon by the end of October... The next goal---tri-athlon, or maybe a mini-tri-athlon. Or maybe just whup Kathy's butt for my cardio exercise..... I met with the new Nutritionist, Cami--she is so very nice. I am so hungry all the time with jogging. She suggested more (good) carbs!! and no drinking during meals (my downfall)

My weight is steady at 218, can't seem to get to 203.  Thats all that is new with me....and I have missed the harrassment---like an abused dog who keeps going back to his owners........

Well, look what the wind blew in!  Hallooooo to you.  You go on with your bad runner self.  That's fantastic. (I think I speak for most of us here when I say, we miss harrassing!    )

It was so nice to meet you.  Thank you for taking so much time with Trent and I.  I have started keeping a food journal so I can track my calories and protein better.  I guess I am eating more than I thought I was.  I am not over eating, but I got worried that maybe I wasn't getting in enough, but I think I am.  I get my protein in from whole foods not the suppliments.  Again, thanks!!!!!!!!
