That's all you had to say to me!!
I figured since I was having trouble with weight gain, I must be absorbing the nutrients too.  Guess I was wrong.
I'll be better.  I promise!                       Jen

Well, the PCOS is definitely coming back. I am back on my metformin, but when I forget to take it - like my vitamins, I tend to overdo it on the carbs. The metformin really cuts back on those cravings. Of course, if I eat carbs, it is exactly like taking a really STRONG sleeping pill. It is THAT bad. In the meantime, I have the acne, the cysts, the extreme pms, oily skin and the "dark" areas. I would totally go to whichever doctor manages your PCOS and see if you need to get back on it. Mine said I would NEVER be completely cured, but that taking off the weight did a great service to my body as far as fertility, heart disease and diabetes goes. Did you know that we are alos at an increased risk for Alzheimer's? I swear, you just can't win!
