Some exercise Information
This is weird, but just wanted to let you guys know.
I've been doing pretty much the same exercise program, some walking and some swimming but not that structured. When I went to the mountains I did the same amount of exercise, but of course had the added incline with walking.
End result was I've lost those 5 pounds that I was bouncing around with, and they've stayed off. I guess switching your routine, adding incline and weights, really does work.
Now for just ten more and I'll be happy
