Why oh Why????

OK, Here comes my sob story of the week.  This has been a terrible weekend for me (game****s won, which was great) but I have eaten everything in site.  I have eaten so many cookies that the thought of eating another one makes me wanna puke.    I totally lost control of my eating this weekend.  I ate a ton of bad things for me and just seemed to keep eating and grazing all day even though I wasn't hungry.  I got drunk as hell last night and drank about 8 Mich. ultras over the course of 4 hours!!!  That alone was 800 calories.  Man, I gotta get myself back on track.  This sucks.  Has anyone else had a weekend like this?  Oh yeah! And I went to eat breakfast at Denny's this weekend and had pancakes and bacon!!!!  I gained about 4lbs.  This sucks.  Rachel

Sorry you are having a bad weekend.  I know exactly what your talking about.  I ate a small bag of Doritos this morning, they were just calling my name.  I had a bad week also.  I just wanted stuff that I know I shouldn't eat but did anyway.  I hope your week goes better.

I have had a bad past two weeks, so I just wi**** was one weekend, lol. I went off my anti-depressant and was noticing my appetite had increased really bad. So I got Katie to send me another prescription and started taking what I had left over from my last refill. I have slept much better and it actually curbed my hunger a lot. I had gained 5 pounds in one week, some from not using the bathroom and some from the donuts and pastries that they have been bringing to work. NO MORE JUNK FOOD! I refuse to do this to my self again. I have dropped back down 4 pounds but still have one left to go. I was doing good too, then blew it. We both need to stop and get it together before we end up gaining our weight back. I also think my nerves  worrying about the LBL/BB are taking a toll on me too, I need to just not worry about it and realize I am going to have a lot of pain in order to look better. Just hang in there and things will get better, we just have to get our heads on straight again. Mary                        GO ****S!

OK, OK, Ok, NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!  DH and his nephew moved my mom's treadmill up to our house today so that I can no longer use the excuse of wanting to work out before going to work but being too scared to go to the gym that early in the morning...it is not manned by anyone...just use your magnetic key card and go as you want.  I'm gonna set my clock for 5:15am so that I can work out.  Besides, I can come home in the afternoon and take my nap knowing that my working out is done.  I planned to still walk the dog in the evening but that will be more for his benefit since he stops to pee on everything. I will weigh myself tonight before bed and not weigh myself again until next Sunday night.  No MORE JUNK FOOD!!!!!!  NO MORE BEER!!!!  NO MORE EXCUSES!!!  It's time to get this party started. Rachel

LOL  after the first of the year lets join peak fitness together so we can meet and work out! im sure they will have the "new years resolution specials"  and dont beat yourself up too hard, we all have our bad moments.. just get back up brush yourself off and move on.. *HUGS*
