I am curious.....   Do you work out to certain music?  or do you go to the gym and just go with whatever music is playing? I have to hear "MY MUSIC" to  get inspired and pumped up and therefore am thinking that when i move i am going to need an ipod...or something..  but what does everyone do... for their workouts?    i dance and do the bike to my favorite tv shows.... please share what you do.. please! :)

Love, Love, Love, my MP3 player.  I have a wide range of music so that I can surely find something to suit my mood at the time.  I find that 80's rock is the best work out music.  I forgot about pu****gonna add that this weekend. Rachel

Can't imagine working out without my ipod.  Love it!  (But i want a NEW one!) I dance around my house most of the day, and I walk ... either on my treadmill or outside in my  hilly neighborhood.  I really need to be doing upper body work, and working to build some muscle.  That's my goal ... and has been my goal for a few months now.  (Did I mention I hold the title of Queen Of Procrastination?)  It goes without saying that Justin Timberlake motivates me to shake my bootay.    But I love to dance around when nobody's watching, and love music, too. When I'm walking, I like music with the perfect tempo for long strides and a steady pace ... current favorite song for me is "Stronger" by Kanye West (although now I think he likes to be called *Mr.* West.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Dngk2k-d9g

I LOOOOVVVVEEEEE Kanye West.  I saw him in concert last year.  (but I ain't call him Mr. West.  He will always be Kanye to me.  I hate it when a musicians start to take themselves too seriously...) "Stronger" is the song I have on my Myspace profile right now! LOL!

I have to have music to work out in the gym by myself. I LOVE Reggaeton, Latin Hip Hop, anything by the Ying Yang twins (hehe) and Dance-pop music.  I listen to just about everything, but the music has to be fast and energetic for me to work out to it.  If I feel like I am dancing, the time goes by faster.
