I feel alot better now that i talked to dr bour and katie about it. pretty much dr suber is an ass in the OR .. total perfectionist who has to have it perfect for his patients, and the people taking care of his patients he snaps at them if its not done right. they said that every plastic surgeon has patients with wound healing problems, its part of plastic surgery. he said to up my protein 20gms a day at least for plastics. we went over the pictures they took for me, and it shows the adhesions i had. one was on the roux limb that comes down from my pouch there was a huge fibrous band that was compressing it right below my pouch.. and the other stretched from my pubic area up to my ride side under my rib where my appendix was.. and it had it compressed there. i also mentioned to katie how dr suber wont do my implants at the same time as my lift and she said that i would have better results that way and yada yada and that all the patients they had loved dr subers work. soo im gonna stick with him .. i barely missed you today!! They said "Dawn JUST left" dangit lol. your check up go well? 

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you feel a bit calmer after talking to Dr. Bour & Katie.  I may not represent all of us here, but I trust Dr. Bour 100% ... he has always taken the BEST care of me.  It's hard for me to imagine him recommending someone for plastics that he doesn't stand behind. Sorry I missed seeing you ... I blanked when it was time to leave, and totally didn't remember I was going to wait to see you!    But yeah, I passed the check-up.  I got a prescription for Allegra  ... they think maybe my nausea is caused by postnasal drip .... SNOT in my pouch!    I'm so graceful and ladylike! (I got to see Melissa_C from the board before I went in ... she's already lost about 30 pounds, and looks SO PRETTY!!!) Now!  When will I see YOU??!!

LOL! No one said anything about him being an ass in the OR, they just said he does some things they consider unethical, not sure what.  I have heard that Bour was an ass though, lol. I did hear today that Suber is not allowed to do surgeries at ST. Francis's Patewood surgery center because of something he did there. Again I don't know what it was. Damn tight lipped nurses can't get them to say exactly what he did ,all they said today was it was bad enough to get him booted. They were talking about him today because he is doing surgery tomorrow and it has been a while since he has been to our hospital. I was just sitting back listening to what they had to say hoping someone would open their big mouth and spill their guts, but no such luck.  I'm sure you will do fine, so try not to worry too much.
