Hey! I know you're nervous about next month ... I would be too.  IYou're gonna do so well though!  I'm very proud you haven't had a cigarette!   He spoke about smoking in detail on Monday night, and was very clear about how it makes plastics so much more dangerous! I'm feeling MUCH better pain-wise, now if I can just get rid of the queasies.  I'm still feeling sick just about every time I eat anything.  My appointment tomorrow is at 9:45 AM ... I may hang around just to see your little face and give you a hug.

When I saw Katie on Monday night, she said one theory of what happened to us is this:  Sometimes, when the bowel is disturbed during a surgical procedure, it can go into a temporary paralysis.  She thinks that may be where the bad pain was coming from during our week after surgery.  Our bowels were paralyzed!    We'll see if Dr. Bour says the same thing tomorrow though ... he may have another theory. Love ya much!

I am afraid that after surgery that I will lose my big boobs. I know that sounds silly but is it true? Right now I wear a DDD and I would still want to be a D cup after I lose all the weight, will a breast lift do it or do you have to get the implants too? Sorry if that sounds confusing :P and congrats on all your success you look beautiful!

My cup size didn't change much at all, I started out a D and I can still wear some D's and some C's, mine just lost  a little volume, and gravity decided to get hold of them and streach them to my belly, lol. I told my PS that I didn't want to be any bigger than I am and he agreed, but he said I can expect them to be a total C after the surgery, so I am happy with that. (  o  )  (  o  ) yeah this is how I want them to look! Mary

everyone is different.. i just had my last daughter in 2005, and breastfed up until i had my surgery , so almost a year i breastfed.. and if you know anything about boobs and breastfeeding, it kills them! my breast went from D's to now nothing after losing all the weight too. i must of been all fat in my chest before bc i swear i have nothing. not even my knots from my fibrocystic` breast disease. when i lie on my back i can count the ribs down my chest its awful.. only skin hanging with a nipple on them. but other people have had it and lost weight and only gone down a cup size and are fine. mine just werent as lucky. my skin sucks really and my boobs lost all their tissue.. im flat as a flitter now! (which is really strange for me and im so glad i have a good bra i found to fake it! LOL)

Everyone really IS different ... I was thinking I had lost so much breast tissue because of my age.  And now here's Mary, who is the same "maturity level" as me, and she hasn't lost enough boob to need implants!  (Am i jealous?  YESSSSS!!!  But I'm happy for you too, Dear One!  )  And Jen (who is the age of my kids!) could be my Boobie Twin. Like Jen, I breastfed 2 babies for a long time, and I've lost count of how many breast biopsies I've gone through over the years ... probably lost 1/3 of each that way! I went from over 300 pounds to 168 pounds today ... and my boobs are as Jen described.  There's nothing there but skin.  And it's WRINKLED.    With youth on your side ... and a generous cup size too .... hopefully you'll be one of the luckier, "fuller" ones of us!  Good luck!
