Happy surgiversary PAM!!

We love you!!! Your transformation in the last year is nothing short of AMAZING!! Even though you have truly blossomed, the physical part of it is only the smallest part.  The changes in you that have made your personality come out have been great!!  A few of us got to know the Pam we all love, but now the whole world can know that Pam.  I am so proud of you!!  I can not even put it into words!! You are gorgeous and wonderful and I can't even remember what life was like before you and all of my other WLS sisters were around! I am glad I know you!!

AWWWWW.... man, Kathy. You are making me cry. You are so sweet!  I have enjoyed the ride and still am... I don't know what I would have done without my WLS sisters to kick, push, encourage and hug me through this year. I have done a bunch of things these past months that I thought I would never do... because of my shell that I always would hid in. You all have showed me that it is ok to come out and "play".  I love you all so much... words can not express!!!!  Thanks for being my friend!!! Pam 

WOW!  What a year!!!  Congratulations, Sweet Friend!   You have made ginormous changes in such a short time ... it's nothing short of a mircle!  I loved you the day I met you at support group ... I felt that I had known you forever.  My only complaint is that we just don't have nearly enough time together.  Let's make that a goal for the NEXT year ahead ... more time together ... Yesssss! Dawn, Dawn, Dawn.... thanks for always bringing such encouragement to the table. You are a great inspiration to me... you have been through a lot with WLS but still come out smiling. Happy Surgiversary, girl!!

Seems like just yesterday....but what a difference a year makes. You have truly transformed yourself. I know sometimes we look in the mirror and have a tendency to see that same old person that we saw prior to wls. But remember that you are not that person anymore!!!

I'm so glad that to have gotten to know you, Pam, you are such a sweetheart!!

Thanks Dianne... I can't believe it has been a year either. Time sure does fly... I still remember first signing up after the infomersial at Dr B's.  I am so glad our paths crossed during this journey together. You are wonderful!! Have fun on your cruise... like I know you will!!!  Take lots of pictures to show at your bday party!!! Pam

pam!!! i cant believe its been a year already wow!!! Youve done so good.. and i cant wait to see you again. its been TOO LONG. im so proud of you. Of all of us i think you get the butterfly award for blossoming so much in a year! You have truly changed your life and i love seeing how happy you are! Hey Hot Thang!!!!  I think it is amazing to look at all my friends and see what beautiful butterflies they have turned into.  I can't believe how we have changed... gotten bolder, sexier, more outgoing, more confident, and able to take on challanges that we would have never touched before.   I think it is amazing what a change this has made in our lives. I am so glad that I have gotten to leave my cocoon behind me and can now live a life that I always wanted... I may not do it perfectly but it is mine and I am now not ashamed to LIVE it!!!! I am so glad you are my friend and we have gone this journey together. I hope you are recovering well from your surgery... I am so with you about going to the beach... let's go!!!!  I am already in the car!!!!  Pam 

It seems like yesterday that I met you. I remember the first time was at Whole Foods and it was the day before your surgery. I can't believe a year has come and gone and all the great friends that we have come to know are still here with us. Girl, you have come so far and look so beautiful. I can't wait to see what this next year holds for you and the rest of us. I am so thankful that I met each and everyone of you and Pam, you have been an inspiration to me. Mary, I can't believe it either... I could not even fit in those outside chairs at  Whole Foods... there is another place on my list that I have to go a sit my butt in the chairs now.  I am making a list (mentally) of all the places I could not sit before and now want to go and try out just so I can say, "HA!" (I know, I am mental!!!) I can't wait to see you it has been tooooo long. I won't even recognize you. Thanks for being my friend!  Love ya....
