In need of some answers

ok here goes... I had the hernia repair in May... and my belly or panny looks like a spare tire hanging there... how do I get the fat out of it? to make it not as thick? I put on my size 4's yesterday when I got home and really looked in the mirror, turned around to took them back cause it looked so gross with all that meat packed into them.. no muffin top but just plain ole NASTY looking down there!!! I started taking Leptopril this morning to maybe help get rid of belly fat but I'm having to listen to my hubby raise hell for me taking it... so now I'm back into a size 6 I have alot of room in the waist and not too snug in the tire area but I want this fat roll off the bottom of my belly... what can I do since PS isn't an option and they wouldn't remove it no way with the fat still in the skin would they? thanks in advance since I'm cleaning house and might not get to answer everyone Stephie disgusted with me !!

Yes they will remove it, fat and all. Mine is still hanging with a lot of fat still attached, lol. All of that is coming off with the LBL. They use liposuction for any other fat places you might have also. They are liposuctioning some off my hip area to make it more smooth. I have a lot of fat left in the lower tummy and that was my concern, as to weither they could do it. So yes, you can have that flat tummy and that is really the only way you will get it off, exercising won't touch it. Go look at some of the plastic surgery sites online, they have awsome pictures that you can compare yours with. Just type in plastic surgery photos, and enjoy what your going to see on them. I'm just counting down my days until my lower body lift. The reason I decided on the LBL is because it pulls the loose skin from the upper legs and raises the sagging butt too. It's more expensive than just the regular tummy tuck so if all you need is your lower belly done then you might not need anything more. I just want it all, lmao. Hugs! Mary

Well chickie, you are a 4!!!!!!!  That is great!!  Me too!!  Some 6's depending on the cut of the pants, but definitely in skirts and dresses I am a 4. Sorry to say that you are not going to get rid of it unless you have plastics.  You cannot diet away the excess skin.  You may think its fat, and there might be some, but the majority of what you are feeling is skin/tissue. I had my Lower Body Lift last December, and was quoted in the USA, all over from Charleston to California, Texas around $30k-$50k, plus hospital and mediations, anesthesia!! So, I was on the plastics board on here, OH, and saw the ad for CosMed Clinic.  I clicked on it, emailed the clinic and the doctor replied. I ignored it for a month or so, then sent in my pictures when all insurance turned me down, and even if they approved the tummy tuck, that is not what I needed.  I needed the LBL, because the problems go all the way around, and they also pull up the outer thighs and buttocks and pubic areas. So, I was like, no way am I going to Mexico for surgery, no way.  I found a few people who actually and surgery with Dr Fuentes, and absolutely loved him.  Then I found PSJ, www.plasticsurgeryjourneys.com  I started researching and reading what others had said about their surgeries and how qualified he was, etc... So, he sent back a quote by email, I sent him lots of naked pictures of all angles, front, sides, back, partially front, partial back, full body, close up.  He said I would definitely benefit from the LBL and then a Thigh Lift later (which I am having on Thursday :)  So, I had my breasts done on May 31st, and they were lifted and had implants because I totally lost all my breast tissue.  I was like a Minus A....now I am a small D.  34D. Well, I just cannot say enough good things about Dr Fuentes and CosMed Clinic.  He, well all 3 of the surgeons there are double board certified in reconstructive plastic surgery, and they are sooo experienced and skilled with WLS patients. I just could not have afforded what I have gotten had I not gone to Dr Fuentes, but now if I had $100k for plastics alone, anywhere I wanted to go, I would still go to Dr Fuentes, because he is that good, and the low prices are the benefit or the "icing on the cake" not the reason to go anymore.  Price was what got me there, but now his skill is what keeps me there.  Not paying much for surgery is now the bonus!! I paid $5400 for my LBL $3900 for my breast lift/augmentation, including the $1,000 for the cohesive gel implants, which are the gummie bears, they are the ones that are only in 2 pieces if they got cut in 1/2, like real gummie bears!  They have been used in Europe and other countries for years and years, but finally the USA FDA approved them for everyone.  You used to have had cancer and a mastectomy in the USA if you wanted the cohesive gels, only patients who had to have reconstructive surgery because of disease or injury could have them....they are not like the old silicones that leaked, these are not like that. They feel so natural and good, and I cannot even tell I have implants in, really.  He also did such a good job, only had incisions around the areolas, not the crescent or anchor or lollipop like some people have.   I went home the same day,and he also did a little lipo under my breasts only about 150cc of fat, not much. So, I am going to have my Thigh Lift on Thursday, and that is the most expensive of the surgeries.  I am paying $6500 for that, and it includes lipo of hips/thighs/inner and outer/legs/knees/and anywhere else, some perhaps in the back waist if needed, and then he will lift the thighs and then using the fat from liposuction, he is grafting it back into my buttocks as I literally have no butt now. He is really well known for his fat grafting and just does incredible work.  He can take a saggy square butt and make it round and cute and small, which is my preference. So, that is what is going on here.  I just love Dr Fuentes, and the majority of his practice is Americans, from all over the USA.  I have roomed before at the recovery house with women from Texas and Virginia, and most people don't live as close as I do.  It only takes me 1.5 hrs to drive down, most people fly into San Diego, and go across the border to TJ and their clinic is so close to the border.  I can almost see the big USA flag from the clinic when I am there.  Their clinic is really gorgeous too, marble, granite, it looks like a fancy USA office, anywhere you have been. The doctors and nurses, who speak English....all the docs do, but only some of the nurses don't, but anyway, they don't even have an accent like you would think.  They all sound American. Dr Quiroz, the chief surgeon and owner of the clinic is American, his family moved to the USA when he was a small child and now he lives on Cornonado Island, San Diego, and he drives across every day.  They had a clinic in Laguna Beach CA, but closed it because it was too hard to drive back and forth 6 days a week!  So, since people will go down there, and its cheaper, they decided to just operate in TJ. They are all 3 double board certified in the USA and Mexico and also triple certified as an International surgeons, which is even harder credentials to maintain.....in plastic and reconstructive. They did their residencies in the USA and all 3 did a fellowship at different times, with a top plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills for a year. Dr Campos studied in Spain I think, which has a wonderful plastic surgery reputation, and specializes in lasers, and also does other surgeris too.
