What is Fage?

Hi guys!  Everyone keeps talking about Fage.  I don't know what it is or where to get it.  It sounds like a great way for me to get my protein in, cause I suck at it!  Please let me know what it is and where I can get it in the Upstate.  Thanks guys!

It's harder to find it at Publix.  Whole foods gets more shipments in weekly.  They can also special order it for you.  Make sure you doctor it up though.  It is nasty if you eat in plain.  I put splenda in it and then add some simply fruit spread.  Stir it up and go at it.  It is really creamy and is really good.  The 2% has the most protein (not sure why)  at 17g 130 cals  8g of fat! 

Okies!  I think I will check Publix first because it isn't all the way across town!  I live over by Furman, and of course they built the Whole Foods all the way over on Woodruff (I think it was a conspiracy of Whole Foods and my car).  I will keep the Splenda and fruit spread in mind.  Thank you SO much for warning me.  I woulda wondered if it was nasty!
