LCBB Meetings - Next Installment

Hi all.  I read all of the input on our meetings and I want everyone to know that I appreciate the input and also am willing to do anything the whole group wants.  This is definitely a democracy...and the fearless leader is tired.... That said, Jen had the best of suggestions.  I have spent the past 2 years trying to find places that would be willing to accommodate us and making sure everyone knew where we were going to meet.  Unfortunately (actually VERY fortunately) I have a very busy schedule right now and someone special that needs my attention too.  Therefore, I pass this on to whoever wants to set it up.  Maybe if we take turns every week, we can see how it goes.   Because I  was out of town all weekend I didn't read this until this morning....so I am a little late posting.  If you have a place you want to meet this Thursday, please post and we can go from there.  Otherwise, we will be at Pizza Inn until someone volunteers to set up that week's meeting. Who wants to volunteer to set up next week's meeting?????? Finally, someone suggested via PM that we have our monthly meeting on the weekend that MUSC has their Thurs. night meeting.    That would be the third Saturday of every month.  I am in favor of that too. Sooooooo.....3rd Thursday in September is September 15th.  Anyone want to volunteer their house and to set up the meeting?????

Poor Susie ,tell them to leave you alone lol,come on ppl get it togather LCBB needs you it is so great to have a great leader ,where I moved there is no support here at all I ,dnt take the support for granted it is so nice just to have a freind to talk to about you  weight loss,I did get some ppl to meet & we are going to do it again next month some time ,but I have been busy with Angel duty alot of ppl are having surgery here I am going to the hospt today to be with one of my new WLS freinds ,miss you all & hope to see you alll again some time as for me I am stuck at 145 hope to jump start it some time it is still hard to exec I swell so bad ,after I walk or ride my bike ,I would love to drop  10more lbs in due time ,          SUPPORT YOUR LEADER IT IS HARD TO FIND A PLACE EVERYONE CAN AFFORD & ENJOY A NICE SET TIME TO RELAX & BE WITH FREINDS ,MISS YOU ALL BECKY

Hey Susann,    i can't say too much about Thursdays because i have class this semester and probably next on Thursdays, but I love to have people here on Saturdays.  my house is open whenever, and my floors are finally done.    Just let me know whatever I can do to help you, thank you for all of your work these last two years.  The support of LCBB has been amazing for me.  I'll never forget my first meeting when i was scared to death to even come, i had to drag Kelly with me. Mary...you and Becky are two of the sweetest people I know and I love you both dearly.  You have your plate very full right now, so don't overload it with a Saturday at your house.  There are other people out there that haven't had anything at their place yet....so we need new volunteers. I will, of course, have my annual Christmas party in December, so  everyone can put me down for the December meeting. I love you all!

When would be the best date for a Saturday meeting?  I will gladly host it!!! Who is available and when.........  should I just set a Saturday date or is one Sat better that the other?  Would you like to plan to go swimming at that meeting?  We can eat and swim and play......... Deb

Hey Deb, I responded yesterday but something was wrong with OH......I don't know where the response went.... Anyway, since you are planning it, whatever Saturday that is best for you is when you should have it.  You will never find a date that everyone can come....so make it convenient for you.  The where depends on you too.  If you have it early enough in September, I am sure everyone would love a pool party too.  Just post your thoughts and everyone will give you input.
