Hey all... I had to take Anna to orientation at school and the meeting was in the auditorium... they have seats that are old type theatre seats (small fold down seats). When we first went in I was really hesitant that I was not going to fit. Those old feelings of "I am going to be so embarassed... my hips are going to hang over the arm rests... no one better try to sit next to me because they will be sitting in my lap." Just that sudden fear that I use to have wondering about sitting and fitting... I sat down and OMG I fit!!!  I liked to ran the isles.... I almost embarrassed my girls... I want to stand up and shout, "I FIT!!!!!!"   And with extra room!!!!!!! Thanks for listening my friends!!!!  I love you all!!!!! Pam

That is sooooo cool, Pam!  I remember those type seats & I also remember how they felt when I could fit in them (of course I was 6 years old) and how they feel now (ugh....). You've given me a new goal, kiddo! Thank-you for being an inspiration... {{Hugs}} Hellen

I had the same experience last year at the Bi-Lo Center and I was also able to cross my legs. I called 20 people, so I KNOW how you feel. You look great! Congrats to you my friend!

Thanks Patti.... I think it is amazing what little things just excite us so much. Things "regular" size people take for granted just thrills the socks off of us. You look wonderful too my friend. Pam

Yay for you Pam!!!! I think we all have been there and it feels GREAT!  When I went to something at the Peace Center last year, same thing happened to me.  I wanted to tell all the strangers around me all about it!!  LOL!  I would have REALLY embarrassed your girls! WE should have a "where do our butts fit NOW party."  We can all aover the place trying out different chairs and stuff.  Everyone would think we were looney!  Only people like us understand.

Oh my word Kathy that is a great idea!!!! Like a scavenger hunt!!! Awesome idea!!!!  People would see this group just hooping it up for no apparent reason.... wouldn't that be fun. Keep them all  wondering where we escaped from.... hee hee hee  Oh... how was the belly dancing???? Come on... we want all the details.....  Pam

I didn't get to go to bellydancing! Long story but here is the short version: OUT of vitamins for a week + heavy aunt flo = Kathy laid out on the couch barely moving on Monday evening I'm better now.  I am hoping to go next Monday, but that is also Teagan's first day of school and I want to make sure I hear all about it first!
