I will be at Mauldin Middle school track at 7 pm tonight to walk/jog...depending on my mood. If anyone wants to meet me there, just show up!! Kathy

He has not gotten the heel thing down yet when there are distractions. Heck, not sure he has the heel thing down at all. All the distractions had him so excited he was ready to walk a third mile, while I was pooped.

Hey Kathy,

I'd love to go, but I have another appointment with my trainer at 7:30 tonight. He kicked my butt on Monday. Between that and working the last 2 days out in the shop (instead of in the office), I've been one sore girlie!! My legs were so sore, I could hardly walk! I should be sleeping now, cause I go in tonight from 11 pm to 7:30 am. I'm just not a vampire, and it's hard to sleep during the day...
