Met a personal goal thanks to Dawn and Kathy!

I can't believe I am finally in the 240's... I know i'm still huge but I probably weighed this when I got married 17 years ago.   I still have a long way to go but I am on my weigh(hee hee get it). I just want to thank Dawn and Kathy for making this happen.  Lets  just say I had some "juice" last night at Chief's and it helped the  processes this morning.  Not that I didn't need the help. Now I know what to do. TMI!!    But really thank you Dawn and Kathy for the introduction to the new world of "juice". Sorry I had to leave.... Anna kept on calling and we had to get back before she had a stroke. I would have said by but you all were to busy on getting down on the flor!  I love you all and have a great weekend!!! Pam

Pam you are a NUT ... and I love you! You left half your "juice" in the glass. Imagine what a morning you'd have had if you drank it ALL!!! Congrats to you ... you will be where you want to be in such a short time, the way you are losing.  That's wonderful!  (And you are not "huge", for the record.)  I'm so happy for you, and I know you and your husband are soooo happy!   Loved spending a little bit of time together last night ... let's do it again soon.

Yep! I discovered that a few weeks ago that Juice - with or without the extras - helps the plumbing when it gets backed up. It was orange juice for me.  I think its the concentration of sugar.
