Hey guys...

I'm at work and not feeling well. I took some of the liquid lortab that I had from the surgery this morning around 4am because I couldn't stand my leg hurting anymore and the hurt stopped but then it made my stomach ache and I wanted to throw up but couldnt. Now since I left my house this morning I have been throwing up and dry heaving here at work. I have called a left messages for the dr's nurse but she is working in the clinic. Any advice on what to do to stop this?

Do you have any of the phenegran left over?  Or did you get any after surgery?  I would take that if you can. I am sorry you are feeling so bad.  Hopefully they will call you back soon. Feel better, Julie

I have phenegran at home but didn't get sick till after I left the house this morning. I sipped water and then got some sprite and cheeze its and no matter what I drank or ate I ended up throwing it back up. Brenda at Dr. B's finally called me back and told me to make it a clear liquid diet for the rest of the day and slowly reintroduce foods later on...so that is what I will do later tonight maybe. I just got home and I'm gonna go lay down for a little while...Thanks for the advice everyone.

Love u guys.

Oh Jen,    The liquid lortab is instant vomitting for me.  Try to get some food to soak it up, like crackers.  Good Luck.

I am sorry you feel bad Jen..especially with the new job and all.  I am with Mary, it is probably the liquid loritab that did it.   Crackers are the best medicine at this point....
