UPS folks!

Any decisions on if you guys want to meet or not? I'm gonna TRY to run, but I can go while most of you are at Dr. Bours meeting and then meet you all after if you don't want to go to the track.  I'll be nice and stinky so don't pick someplace too fancy. If not, I'll just go home and soak in the tub after.  Let me know...

I'm working late tonight or I would run with you. I'll be running at about 9pm tonight--its nice at night, its cooler, no one can see you run and vomit at the same time...NICE Its crunch time for school to re-open. There is never enough hours in the day during the next 3 weeks.....

Sorry I could not make it either...  My youngest Jenny got bitten last night by something... who knows.... and  her ankle was really swollen and looking really ugly. Took her to the Dr this afternoon to find out the bite was infected. I am glad I didn't put it off taking  her... you know sometimes we wonder whether it will go away on its own or not.  I would have been a very bad mom!!!!   Well, hopefully I will see you all next week. I miss you all!!!  Pam

I had every intention of seeing everybody last night ... then came home from my Almost-CT scan, and ate something.  Huge mistake. 

Hope you got that run in ... although dammmmm it's hot out there. Love ya!
