Anyone want to meet me at the track tonight?

I'm gonna  attempt to run again tonight at Mauldin Middle School.  I was hoping to go at around 6 or so.  I can be there earlier or later if someone wants to meet me.  NOOOO, you don't have to run with me!  You can walk. Maybe we can find dinner somewhere after too.  I will be dining alone tonight, the family has plans. I'm craving RED MEAT!!!!  But anything will do.  I had a bowl of cereal and some cheese last night. hehe.  Dining alone sucks when you are a WLS person and there is noone else to eat if you cook! Let me know!!!

I am back at the gym as of yesterday, I have not been in 1 month! I will be finished at the gym about 6:45, if no one can go with you, I can meet you after. Patti

I am pooped.  I walked this morning for 90 minutes!  I walked on the S. Batesville Road sidewalk during rush hour.  Geeeez ... felt more "on display" than I ever have while dancing at Chiefs on a Saturday night!  Men are so "vocal" when they are driving to work with their carpool buddies. Anyway, I won't be there tonight ... hope you have a good run!  Please give me a raincheck on the dinner too ... I'm grilling chicken for the engineer and the banker tonight.  (This 1950's housewife crap is getting old.) Love ya.

Whew!  I'm kind of glad everyone already had exercise plans! It is HOT as Hades outside!!  After being out there at lunchtime and walking to the other building, I have decided to try my running on the treadmill at the gym IN THE AC!!!  Wimpy I know!  I just don't feel like dying of heat stroke today!  Its too darn hot outside! Either that, or I am going to wait until the sun goes down and just run around my neighborhood. Thanks for the offer Patti!  And thanks for the raincheck Dawn!  (A BANKER huh?) Love you guys!

Well, I was going to tell you that I wanted to come and walk with you. But I didn't think that I could make it from St. Louis in time!!! Can't wait to get home!!! I'm missing my girls (and my friend )!!!
