Thanks Kelly, WoW, my responses have been so great, thanks for replying.  You are the second person who has gone back to dr. S for other surgery.  Are you recovered OK?  He must be fantastic.  Do the dr. attend the seminars?  How has your WLS journey been?  any complications?  Is there anything that you didn't do that you wish you had when you started?  Any surprises at all?

I am fully recovered.  Well, still have a little bit of shooting pain at the incesion (sp?) site every once in a while where they removed my gallbladder, but for the most part I am doing great.  Dr. S is great!!!  He has a wonderful bedside manner and always takes the time to listen & talk to his patients. My WLS journey has been wonderful.  My gallbladder has been the only complication.  However, that can be a result of loosing weight quickly no matter how you lost it...  The only thing I wish I did was exercise more.  I am a very busy mom of 2 boys ( 11 & 14) that keep me running so I have very little time for anything else.  I know, I know, I need to make "Kelly time" but that is difficult.  At this point I have lost about 135 lbs. and feel great!!!!

Glad to hear you are getting better.  That E word is hard for us all.  I just hate to go, but when I get there I feel good.  I have an appt tomorrow at Curves here in Florence.  I had a membership, but I cancelled it when my knee got really painful.  Thanks for the reply and continue to get better.

I had gastric bypass done by Dr. Givens at Lexington in December 2005, and it looks like I'll be having more surgery before long.  I can HIGHLY recommend the SC Obesity Surgery Center and all the folks involved!  :) Lisa

Glad to hear from you.  I've heard nothing but good things about this program at Lexington.  Thanks for your reply and good luck on your future surgery.
