Mary says no beach tomorrow

Mary called and she, Dawn and Melissa are at the ER...all is well, but apparently Melissa is having her ankle x-rayed and they don't think there will be any walking to the beach tomorrow. And I want to know what Melissa was doing prior to the fall that caused her to fall.....

There always seems to be something that comes up at the last minute anymore when I plan to get to group.  I was stuck at Marchant Chevy in S'ville while they were doing an oil change and truck stuff.  It was after 6pm when I got out. Was Melissa and Dawn the great surprise?  I would love to see them. I hope Melissa's ankle is okay.  That sucks!!!

I know what you mean about last minute stuff. My truck broke down and had to be towed to the shop last night. It's fixed and back on the road though. Crisis resolved. I hate that I missed group. Maybe next week. Eddie

Wondered what happened Eddie, we missed you.  I got to go on my first motorcycle ride last Sunday and it was a BLAST....I think I am hooked! Hope you and Leslie can make it to a meeting soon.  Are you gonna be able to come to Mary's party?????

Who's bike? Will there be more ride in the future? We need more details.

Not ready to name names...but hoping for more rides in the future...I'll keep you posted...  I am supposed to be behaving (per my attorney), but boy behaving isn't fun.....bike rides definitely are!

I haven't been on much with this new job (not even able to "lurk" during the day) too busy!!  But, do know I read the posts when I get home, I just think it's too late to respond.  SO.... CONGRATULATIONS Julie, what an awesome recomendation for your new business.  Melissa hope its nothing serious (Kathy, I think this might be her way out of walking, so she can just sit and watch Chris "swish").  Dawn, Melissa & Mary, I was so jealous of you guys being at the beach, but with 3 kids I've seen my share of ER's (kinda like my 9 year old has to check out every bathroom no matter where we go).  To all the get togethers - YES, YES, YES.   Terri - thanks for your kind words - I soooo love seeing you - you are such a sweet person and a joy to know. Keep the posts flying - you guys make me smile after a long hard day.
