What's Your Exercise Wow
This was amazing for me. Last night I was at the pool and I have been swimming laps. I used to swim ALOT, I was a lifeguard and even taught the lifeguarding classes when I was in my late teens and early twenties. I was doing the crawl and thought, okay let's see what you can really do, I tried to imagine what Kathy's trainer would have said.
I did the swimteam medley which is two lengths each of butterfly, backstroke,breast strroke and free style at about a level 8 intensity for me. I then swam hard for about another 15 minutes. Then I did our old lifeguard search pattern which is doing a surface dive, swimming 3 strokes under water, coming up and surface diving again and swimming for two lengths.
I can't believe I did this. This is some of the workout I did when I was twenty and truly fit. I am so sore today, but I don't care, I feel great.

Holy crap Mary! Even Seabiscuit wouldn't expect that much out of me! You should be so proud of yourself. I haven't had any wows lately. I think my next wow will be when I can jog without my butt hurting.

I would have to say my exercise WOW is (ok be prepared this is gonna sound nasty) is when I am on the elliptical and feel how hard and tight my booty is! LOL Wait....but then again....I don't have a booty....but still I can feel the bone structure back there for the first time. Also, I can still breathe after 30 minutes.

My exercise wow is I racewalked the entire neighborhood without stopping....many people were out in their yards and noticed how well I was doing!! I know they were very impressed
oops--my wife just called, something about a petition that is going around the neighborhood....hmmmmmm
