Race walking for the record

BEFORE the untrue runors start-let me set the record straight. I did NOT wak a girly walk last night at the track, I did an example of a very HARD thing to do and that is "racewalk". This is an actual website called www.racewalk.com   Mary-its OK to go there-- This is a very hard thing to do, it demands more physical exertion than running or walking, and the fact that SOME PEOPLE found it to be SLIGHTLY humorous should not downplay the fact that it is hard to do and should only be tried by people who know what they are doing I just wanted to set the record straight BEFORE others chimed in with their wit and sarcasism...

Hot Nana, I know you'll be on my side for this one.... Thank you, and have a nice day to those of you who will not abuse me today

The miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start.....John Bingham aka The Penguin

I used to racewalk... I had shinsplints from hell ... just beware of that and make sure your shoes are in top shape to racewalk.... but for the girly walk, I trust the others to tell the truth on this one... *LoL* Stephie

I understand that there is a thing called Racewalking.....BUT  it is NOT what you showed us last night NO MAN'S...I repeat...NO MAN'S ASS AND ARMS SHOULD EVER SWING THAT WAY   I applaude your attempt at demomstrating this rigorous activity or your attempt to TRY to make me loose control of all body functions and poot ( from laughing SO hard) at you.....BUT Honey....it just did NOT happen

I have to agree with Melissa here.  That had to be the SWISHIEST walk I have ever seen any man walk.  That includes all the gay men I hung out with in college....

Aw SM, you know I'm always on your side (especially when you call me "hot'), and I do acknowledge the difficulty of the walk you demonstrated last night at the track.   When I tried to imitate you, I almost threw my elderly hip out ... so there's no doubt it's an ambitious skill to acquire. That said ... Darlin', you looked gayer than Clay Aiken, walking like that.  (Not that there's anything wrong with that.) It did make me laugh ... and for that, I thank you.

We thought about it. But I was afraid he'd stop the minute he saw me pointing my cell phone in his direction.

Here's a prettty good representation of the sashay we were treated to last night though ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZb_BPJsqBs  ... especially the views from the rear.   Oh Lord... that's some funny stuff.

Dawn, that was funny but as far as comparing it to Chris's "racewalk" it was downright BUTCH! Those guy in the bike shorts looked more macho racewalking than Vin Diesel when you compare him to Chris racewalking.
